Service

There are basically two reasons to provide great service.  One is learned through self respect (therefore respect for others).  In other words, if you were raised to expect good behavior from others, you really can’t help but treat others the way you would like to be treated.  That’s me and that’s us.  I really can’t take credit:  I owe it to my folks.

The other reason is that it pays off.  As far as I can tell, (after almost 30 years in this business) relationships are more valuable than advertising.

As you will read again and again, rates (price) change daily or more.  Character doesn’t change.  When one shops rate instead of service and relationship, one is less likely to benefit from access, attention, and delivery.

The same is true on the real estate side.  We share our honest opinions and beliefs.  We can research values:  the data is there.  We can offer marketing that fits the needs of the individual client.  We don’t make our name bigger than the property information:  we are not using your property to sell our services.  We are using our services to sell your property.

By the same token, we enjoy representing buyers.  We give our unedited opinions.  If our opinion leads to bailing out of a bad deal, we’re happy for you.  Helping you reach your goal is more important than receiving our compensation, both ethically and practically.

Most of our clients form long-term relationships with us.  We continue to help them with records, resources and advice.  No extra charge.
